There has never been hope for PS3. Sony just totally failed with it.
It rocks and all, but damn stupid marketing and pricing. So no wonder it fails miserably... also hard to develop does not really help now when devs need all the money they can get and fast. 360 is so much more easier to develop to.
Trust me, no devs will use 3 years+ for making PS3 exclusives from now on. They get more money out of 360 and faster too. Poor PS3.

I do like RTS games though, but hmm...well better wait for the demo, but I'm pretty sure I will never touch the full version though.

Thanks to SONY the Killzone2 is massively over hyped fps which does not manage to bring anything new to the genre. It does bring PS3 a long waited good fps, but still it does not bring anything new to the genre. People do like the looks and all, but after awhile it is just another FPS. Too bad, yet another "HYPE killed the game" for PS3.
Time it has taken to dev Killzone2 should have brought us a bit more than what Killzone2 currently is.
First in EU...meh.. does not change the thing it is just another boring FPS.
I agree that buying anything downloadable might take longer than actually visiting shop and grab a blu-ray movie for example, BUT that is only now, things usually tend to develop. Digital content WILL BE important issue. I support it already, I'm not saying I don't watch blu-ray or that I dislike it. I just hate when many people here instantly bash other possibilities available.
creating your own content and share it with LBP community is one part of the deal.. you don't have to do it, but then you can't really enjoy it fully... you can't experience the feedback of your creations and share the joy with other players...
There is a difference between ready made platformer and platformer that you can change in infinite ways, but if enjoying content made by others is enough for you, then good.

Especially now that Japan export has gone down 27%, and there are some massive cut downs done and more to come... it is very important for devs to give a serious thought if it really is worthy to stay exclusive.
Of course we all do hope GOW3 is exclusive to PS3. Signs just are kinda evil.

It's all about graphics graphics graphics. They want graphics only, seems the content comes second which is very sad. LBP offers content but without creativity/imagination you FAIL to enjoy it.
Back then when "Q" was a huge beast... now those were the days. Back then everyone had imagination.
